These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and cbtf7 ("cbtf7," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cbtf7.ws. • Account Verification: cbtf7 may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• Duplicate Accounts: Where duplicate accounts are identified, cbtf7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any associated bets or game outcomes, and confiscate any balances held within those accounts.

cbtf7 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions on cbtf7 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

• Own Name Only: All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. cbtf7 does not accept payments from third-party accounts and will return such transactions where technically feasible.

• Bet Placement: Once confirmed, a bet placed on cbtf7 is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly available for that market.

cbtf7 offers a range of casino products including live dealer tables, slot games, and arcade-style games such as Cat Fishing and Dreams of Macao. The following conditions apply to all casino and game products on cbtf7:

• RNG and Fair Play: All slot and non-live casino games on cbtf7 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by cbtf7 or the player.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the cbtf7 platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of any sporting event available on cbtf7.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbtf7 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cbtf7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

cbtf7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• cbtf7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• A player is found to be ineligible to hold a cbtf7 account under the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• cbtf7 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or a lawful order from a competent authority.
• A player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, cbtf7 reserves the right to forfeit any balances within the account. Where a closure is not due to player breach, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

cbtf7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cbtf7 will use reasonable efforts to notify players via the platform or by email to the address registered on their account. The updated Terms will take effect upon publication at cbtf7.ws/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the cbtf7 platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which cbtf7 operates internationally. cbtf7 operates under international gaming regulations and complies with the licensing and compliance requirements applicable to its operations.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the player and cbtf7 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
